Single Session: Thursday, May 29, 2025–Thursday, July 17, 2025

Students are recommended to take up to two courses.
Student coursework is due by: Wednesday, July 16, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Final exam day: Thursday, July 17, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Students are REQUIRED to take their exam on our universal final exam day on Thursday, July 17, 2025, with no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

Summer School Expectations

Students must actively participate in every class and course discussion board.
Students must adhere to curriculum due dates as students may not be able to complete missing assignments once they are locked.
Students must maintain attendance by submitting assignments in every course, or have 2-way communication (Canvas Inbox, Clark County School District (District) Gmail, Remind, phone) between the student and teacher regarding progress in the course.
All classes are conducted online 24/7 through a computer-based learning management program Canvas.
All tests and exams are proctored through the use of the HonorLock system; an ID and a webcam are required.
Students must have access to a computer and the Internet, maintain the pace of coursework, and communicate weekly with the teacher.
All coursework must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Summer School Pricing

In-District Students: $100.00 per half credit

Non-District Students: $150.00 per half credit

Registration Dates AND Enrollment for 2025 bat365 Summer School:

District Registration: April 21, 2025–May 19, 2025

Registration Office Hours: 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays)

Last day to submit online payment:

Tuesday, May 27, 2025, by 11:59 p.m.

Payment must be made online at: http://campus.ccsd.net/campus/portal/clark.jsp

All coursework must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Please carefully read the following steps and gather the complete list of required documents BEFORE arriving on campus as enrollments will not be processed with incomplete information.

STEP 1

District Students Step 1

Current District students need to see their assigned counselor at their home school to request summer school courses. Counselors will submit course requests via Infinite Campus between Monday, April 21, 2025, through Monday, May 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
Current District students do not need to follow steps 2–4 below.

NON-District Registration STEP 1

Students New to Clark County or from a Charter or Private School

Register with the school District by going to OLR Link. Once you have completed registration you will receive an email from the District containing your Online Registration application number, also referred to as the OLR number. You will need this number when you come to complete enrollment into bat365.

Once you have obtained your OLR number and all required documentation listed in step 2, contact the bat365 campus, beginning Monday, April 21, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., to complete enrollment online or in person. Enrollment ends promptly at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Step 2

1. Proof of Clark County Residency

(only ONE of the following is required)

Mortgage statement/lease agreement
NV Energy statement
Southwest Gas statement
Water bill

2. Parent/Guardian Identification

(only ONE of the following is required)

Driver's License
State Identification Card
Passport

3. Student Identification and Documents

(ALL of the following are required)

Birth Certificate
Current Immunization Records or Exemption Form (download form)

Step 3

A parent/guardian must provide their identification and all required documents electronically from step 2 to the bat365 registration team starting on Monday, April 21, 2025, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

You will communicate with/virtually meet with a member of the registration team in order to complete the enrollment.

STEP 4

Parents/Guardians must obtain their Parent Portal username and password to pay for the summer school course fee online prior to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2025.
